Span turns trivia into a race around the planet. Each day brings three categories — cheeses, mountains, famous painters, festivals, cities starting with K — and every answer you type lands as a glowing pin on the globe.
Why spreading out wins
Points reward variety: new countries and new continents are worth far more than another answer from the same place. Naming Brie, Paneer and Queso Oaxaca beats Brie, Camembert and Roquefort.

Forgiving answers
Accents and capitals don’t matter, common alternative names are accepted, and close misspellings get a “Did you mean…?” nudge. After each prompt you see answers you could have used from the continents you missed — a good way to learn.
